The launch of our All New Swift is the biggest Suzuki has undertaken in a number of years and to say our expectations were high is an understatement. Jack, Evan, and the whole Microhire team took this in their stride and delivered results that far exceeded all of our expectations. Managing large scale events is one thing, but adding a fleet of cars to the mix creates a whole new level of complexity. Despite this, there was not one single request – and trust me, there was a lot of them – that was left ignored, not actioned, or not completed to the highest level of quality. The crew were superstars throughout the entire process and we look forward to working with Microhire on many events to come.

Thank you so much and the entire Mircohire team for your fantastic work with this year’s AMA National Conference. Your whole team was always responsive and helpful and received nothing but praise in our post conference debrief.
Gavin – thank you for always being approachable and patient with explaining everything throughout the whole process. You did everything in good humour and I felt like you cared as much about the conference as I did which is greatly appreciated. It was lovely to finally meet you in person too!
Matt – your knowledge about our conference is phenomenal and at times exceeded my own. The transition from using a PCO to running the event in-house would not have been as smooth had it not been for your knowledge. You, Adam and Gavin also helped understanding the roles and responsibilities of our own IT’s team involvement in the conference too.
Adam – I can’t thank you enough for being so reliable, very easy to work with and for accommodating all the last minute changes. Nothing was too difficult to change and you did a wonderful job managing the onsite team and dealing with speakers and AMA staff. A great credit to you and all your hard work.
