Our technical design need to considered two main areas the plenary stage & keynote presentations and a second stage was required for an outdoor function.
Responsibilities included:
All technical production management for both the conference and outdoor plaza event.
20m wide screen, three 20k Christie projectors, two 10k Christie projectors and delay screens, presenter foldback.
Vision mixing of all content.
Lighting – Design and provision of lighting for conference stage, outdoor stage including lighting show.
LED – Microhire’s 5mm Outdoor LED Wall.
All rigging and draping.
Audio design and provision of equipment.
All technical services for set-up rehearsals, operate and pack-down.
