Delivering a Standout AV Experience for Victoria’s Premier Training Awards

The Challenge

In its second consecutive year supporting this major corporate event, Microhire was tasked with elevating the experience into a high-impact concert environment.

The production required careful coordination around a headline international music act, fast-paced stage changeovers, and a guest-friendly layout. Additional complexity came from venue rigging restrictions and the need to align technical delivery with a dynamic event format.

The Solution

Microhire managed end-to-end production delivery, including:

Event and Production Management
- Oversaw all technical and creative aspects of the event
Visual Content and Delivery
- Managed all screen content and video playback across a 20-metre-wide screen
- Supplied camera systems and operators for live coverage
Audio and Lighting
- Designed and delivered full audio systems for the room and stage
- Installed and operated intelligent lighting across the venue
Rigging and Infrastructure
- Provided all rigging for screens, lights, audio, and drapery
