Brief
Bunch provided Microhire the initial design and brief to provide a full technical production including a ‘live studio’ television stage set (talk show) with multiple presentation areas on stage.
Responsibilities
Microhire was responsible for the supply of all audio visual including TV stage set, audience lighting, PA and stage monitors, LED panels, projectors and 16:9 projection surfaces, two camera operators, presenter and audience vision fold back, multi presentation stage, tiered seating arrangement and full room draping. Microhire provided all set-up & pack-down labour and rehearsal & show operators.
Screen content, stage management and show calling was produced and managed by Bunch.
Challenges
- Ensuring all 520 delegates were positioned effectively to view the staging area.
- Design, and management of the tiered studio seating in the function centre.
- Managing all components of the technical production including rehearsals and show operate for the two days.
Results
The event was a complete success with Bunch complementing the Microhire teams can-do attitude, pre show and on-site technical support and our ability to think outside the square.
Additionally Microhires LED set panels created a ‘live studio set’ stage backdrop and was one of the first LED corporate stage set designs in Australia.
