 We work very closely with our many Design companies, from specifying equipment and helping in the pitch process, to delivery and service on site ‚ anywhere in Australia. From an initial call, we provide you with the latest technology advice and provide you with an email quote within 1 hour of discussion.
We gather your drawings via email, meaning that our in house Operations Team have all the information, such as cable lengths and mounting brackets to install the equipment in the correct place on site, first time. We assign a technician to you with a mobile contact number for the installation and service of the stand for the duration of the exhibition to ensure a clear line of communications.
All our Australian shows we have on site support and a 24 hour customer service number. Prior to the show we will request you mail the presentation/software to us for testing and configuration. Once the show is over, we will be there to collect everything and return your clients property. We are only as good as our last job, so it is very firmly in our interest to do a great job, every time.
