Brief
Limelight events provided Microhire the initial design and brief to provide a television stage set (talk show) where a number of activities including guest interviews took place.

Responsibilities

Microhire was responsible for the supply of set & room lighting, PA infill, room PA and monitor system, 16:9 projection surfaces, two camera operators, vision fold back, stage, tiered seating arrangement and full room draping. Screen content, stage management and show calling was produced and managed by Limelight Events.

Challenges
- Ensuring all 520 delegates were positioned effectively to view the staging area.
- Managing the initial production move in to ensure rehearsal timings met the agreed schedule.

Results
The event was a complete success with Limelight complementing on our teams attitude towards servicing issues and our ability to think outside the square. Additionally Microhires LED set panels created an exciting look and feel to the event.
